Why it matters Buyers get a clearer picture from the start.
Once the business is ready, we coordinate individual meetings with suitable buyers. Explore their plans for your team, the business and your future role.
Why it matters You can assess fit while the conversations are fresh.
Invite interested buyers to submit initial written proposals on a shared deadline. Compare price, structure, conditions and ability to close.

05 A few fair questions
No. We work with acquirers looking for businesses to buy, and the buyer pays our fee at closing. We’re not asking you to hire us as your sell-side representative. With your agreement, we can help organize information, coordinate conversations and support diligence. You retain your own advisers to evaluate terms and protect your interests.
No. The acquiring group pays BronzeCrest a success fee when a transaction closes. We do not charge the business owner a fee. We explain our buyer relationships, compensation and agreed scope before moving forward. Any fees for advisers you engage separately are your own arrangements.
We start by identifying the person who handles your day-to-day financial records. With your permission, we work directly with them to organize information and track requests. Your accounting, legal and tax advisers remain involved where their expertise is needed.
We agree with you on which buyers to approach and what information to share. Confidential information is shared with your permission and under appropriate confidentiality agreements.
There is no need to commit to a sale to have an initial conversation. We can start with your objectives, timing and the questions you would want answered before deciding what comes next.
BronzeCrest also considers direct investment opportunities. If we are evaluating a business as a potential investor, we will make that role clear so you know who is on the other side of the discussion.
